Delivery Information & FAQs
Deliveries are usually made between 7.30a.m and 5.30p.m Monday to Friday
Stock wedding & bridesmaid dresses can take up to 28 days to be delivered. To avoid disappointment please allow 6-8 weeks for the arrival of our tailor made dresses.
We deliver to England, Wales and parts of Scotland. We deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Highlands and Islands and Isles of Scilly but deliveries may take a little longer.
What if I am not in when you deliver?
The courier will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour or find a place where they can leave it safely but in any event they will always leave you a calling card so you know where to find the parcel. If this is not possible they will still leave a calling card telling you how to arrange re-delivery.
Can I collect my order from your manufacturer centre ?
Unfortunately for health and safety reasons, customers cannot visit our manufacturer to collect their order. Our couriers try hard to make delivery convenient for you, so we are sure you can find a suitable alternative.
Do you deliver overseas or to BFPO addresses?
We do not currently deliver to any address outside the UK, including Jersey and Guernsey. We currently cannot deliver to BFPO addresses but are hoping to be able to offer this service in the future.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
We currently cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
How do I track my parcel?
When we despatch your order, we will send you an email to confirm it is on its way. A tracking number will be available on this email which you can use to track the progress of your parcel through the courier tracking service. You should be aware that if your order is sent out in more than one parcel, there will only be one tracking reference.
What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
Make sure you have allowed enough time for delivery – we will notify you by phone or email when your item is ready for delivery. Check the number of days from notification and count four working days from the day after to allow for any minor delays. If your parcel is being delivered to any of the above postcodes then allow six working days. Bank Holidays don't count as working days. Log onto your account and check the tracking details to see if the courier has tried to deliver the parcel. In the very unlikely event that there is still no sign of your parcel, contact us immediately on 020 8681 0030 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate for you. The sooner we are aware of a problem the easier it is to resolve.

Delivery to the following postcodes may take more time in addition to our standard delivery timescales: BT1-94, FK20, G83, HS1-9, IV1-28, IV36, IV40-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-35, PA37-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH19-21, PH30-39, PH40-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, BT, IM.
How do I return something I bought online?
If you have bought something online, or a non-custom made dress which wasn't quite what you wanted then we give you 14 days to return it for a refund to allow for postage delays. You need to make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it and to bear in mind we do not refund or exchange on, cosmetics or hosiery if the pack has been opened, any earrings, or underwear, including garters.
