A refund will be issued once we have received the returned goods. Please contact us before returning an item, so that we can provide you with the correct returns address and documentation to include. For hygiene purposes, panties, thongs, g-strings, hipsters and other underwear must be returned in an un-worn, unsealed, re-saleable condition. When we receive the items on return they will be fully checked for these requirements before a refund is issued.
